At Heritage Auto, we are committed to delivering your premium automotive accessories safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed, tracked, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable global and domestic courier services to ensure your automotive gear arrives securely.

Standard Shipping Timeline: Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days.

Maximum Delivery Estimate: Due to high demand, regional logistics, or customs processing for specialized gear, please allow up to 18 business days at the maximum for your delivery.
Note on Business Days: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Track Your Order
Once your package is handed over to the courier, we will email you a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's portal.
4. Critical Delivery Protection & Missing Packages
Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our absolute priorities. We closely monitor our transit routes, but if unexpected logistics delays occur, we have strict safeguards in place:

The 25-Day Protection Rule: If your order has not successfully arrived within 25 business days from the date of purchase, please contact our support team immediately.

Our Commitment: Upon receiving your notice after the 25-business-day mark, we will launch an immediate priority investigation with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost or permanently stalled in transit, we will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Heritage Auto is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon entering your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Heritage Auto cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to re-send the item.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing due to transit issues, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photographs, and reach out to our support channel within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a claim.
